Master Margarita Mixologist . He is the mastermind of our Margaritas & Sangria creations, besides hand-making upwards of 20 gallons of Margaritas in the summer and 10 per day rest of the year! Seasonal Flavors range from Strawberry to Pomegranate, Pumpkin to Caramel Apple, Candy Cane to Peppermint Patty and The American Patriot. Beautiful person great smile! Our Cutie Pa Tuti!

Creative table planner and Front House Guy. Find him floating around the restaurant making sure everything is to your standards. Keeping the servers and kitchen running as smooth as possible. Always concerned for you the customer. When Joe is Happy everyone is Happy.

The man behind the scenes. Strong leader with a team of over 20, who all love and respect him. You'll find him tasting and creating all your special needs.

Our Bulgarian connection! Stefan is able to handle multiple tables and request, without missing a beat. Nothing is ever too hard for Stefan. Don't worry he'll just run into the kitchen for that special request.

In May 2009 Stefan was promoted to be one of our Managers for JD's Filling Station in Lewes, De. His hardwork and dedication is what makes Dos Locos and JD's successful! You'll still find him sometimes at Dos Locos whether behind the bar, day shift manager or night host!

Part of our International connection... Yulia started in the kitchen as an Expo and moved to the front of the house as a server, where you'll find our little one quickly moving about the dining room, serving your favorite food and drinks.

Started out as a dishwasher then went to prep..training on the saute line..He's the guy who garnishes your desserts and prepares your Stonegrill Entrees. You'll find him always groving to the moves during Karaoke while he makes your favorite late night snacks!
